Sarah Larson, CRP, GMS
Senior Director of Operations
As Senior Director of Operations, Sarah Larson manages TRC’s global operations group, including headquarters, regional and remote staff. She oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality by establishing metrics, monitoring performance, solving problems and providing ongoing professional development. Sarah plays a key role in TRC’s strategic organizational planning, ensuring that the company is properly staffed to meet client needs.
In her 11 years at TRC, Sarah held a number of additional operations and management roles, giving her a deep understanding of client service needs. Earlier in her career, Sarah worked in human resources and financial service roles.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Whitewater), with a focus in law. She earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide ERC and holds a Wisconsin real estate sales license.
