Personal Move Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the delivery and management of all relocation services for clients’ transferring employees. These services include home marketing, home sale, transportation, home finding, expense administration, policy counseling, etc. Act as a single point of coordination for the client and a single point of contact for the transferee for most services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Initiate and follow through of all aspects of the corporate relocation including policy review, home marketing, home finding, home purchase, expense administration coordination, transportation, mortgage management and third party home sale
- Arrange equity advances when requested
- Analyze and review ERC appraisals and BMAs to ensure data is accurate
- Handle contracts with transferees and approves HUD
- Review inspections and manage required repairs
- Fund equity, assures file is complete for closing
- Manage entire the household goods process including survey, pack/load, delivery and claims
- Enter appropriate data into computer system
- Responsible for file maintenance including case notes, packages, forms, and any required correspondence
- Participate in performance reviews with client as required
- Manage designated supplier relationships
- Meet or exceed service metrics and referral capture expectations
- Able to maintain regular, predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent
Experience : Two to four years experience as a Personal Move Associate
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of relocation management software.
Certificates & Licenses : CRP, GMS, Real Estate License desired
Other Requirements: Complete understanding of the home marketing and home sale processes and requirements. Some after-hours communication with transferee and agents may be required.
