Merry Lee Lison SPHR, GPHR
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Merry Lee Lison manages TRC’s human resources and training function across the entire organization. She oversees staffing, compensation, benefits and employee development, and ensures that the company is positioned for continued growth.
Merry has more than 20 years of human resources management experience. Before joining TRC in 2005, Merry was with Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc., where she served as VP-Human Resources, AVP-Human Resources and Human Resources Director. At Northwestern National Insurance Company, she was Employment/Employee Relations Manager, HR Administrator and HR Representative. Earlier, at the Mark Travel Corporation, she was Human Resources Technical Representative.
Merry holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Whitewater), with a major in management. She is lifetime certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management
