Doug Berto, President & CEO
As TRC’s President & Chief Executive Officer, Doug Berto provides executive leadership for the company, ensuring that TRC remains at the forefront of global employee relocation firms. Doug is responsible for TRC’s strategic plan to advance the company’s objectives and to promote TRC’s growth and profitability. He joined the company as Senior Vice President in 2006, assuming his current role in 2007.
Joyce Frye, CRP, Executive Vice President & COO
As TRC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Joyce Frye manages the company's myriad day-to-day operations and reports directly to the CEO. She is responsible for identifying, designing and refining leading-edge relocation products and services that anticipate and meet the needs of TRC’s clients and their relocating employees. Drawing on her extensive relocation management experience, Joyce also ensures that TRC’s resources are deployed as effectively as possible; assesses employee and company performance against key metrics; and manages the company’s quality control initiatives.

Paul G. Haislmaier, Chairman & Founder
Like most relocation professionals, Paul Haislmaier entered the industry in an indirect way. After earning a degree in biochemistry from Marquette University, Paul spent the first 10 years of his business career in sales and marketing and new product sales development with Monsanto Chemical Company, Litton Industries and Arvey Corporation. At the same time, he pursued and received his MBA from Western New England College.
Jerry Funaro, CRP, GMS, Vice President, Global Marketing
As Vice President, Global Marketing, Jerry Funaro is responsible for TRC’s strategic marketing plan and positioning as well as tactical marketing and communications initiatives. He works closely with the company’s Global Business Development group and across the organization to increase awareness of TRC and to support the company's continued growth.

As Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Kris Zocco is responsible not only for TRC’s information technology and computer systems but also for analyzing company business processes and client needs and implementing technology-based solutions.

Sarah Larson, CRP, GMS, Senior Director of Operations
As Senior Director of Operations, Sarah Larson manages TRC’s global operations group, including headquarters, regional and remote staff. She oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality by establishing metrics, monitoring performance, solving problems and providing ongoing professional development. Sarah plays a key role in TRC’s strategic organizational planning, ensuring that the company is properly staffed to meet client needs.
