IInternational Personal Move Manager:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the end to end management of all relocation services for clients’ transferring employees domestically and internationally. These services include home marketing, home sale, transportation, home finding, expense administration, coordinating language and cultural training, destination/settling in services, policy counseling, etc. Act as a single point of contact for all functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Counsel and administer global relocation programs according to corporate relocation policies
- Manage home marketing process with the real estate broker/agent, assignee and corporate client
- Manage the immigration process (work visas, medical requirements, etc) with the assistance of our immigration law firm partner
- Arrange for language and/or cultural training when requested by the corporate client
- Complete a needs analysis for individuals and/or families moving abroad
- Manage expenses and coordinate with appropriate departments to accomplish timely payments
- Accurately follow all work flows in the SMART system to ensure timely billings
- Ensure file is maintained physically – including equity completeness form and file checklist
- Manage the household goods process including survey, pack/load, delivery and claims
- Create cost estimates for cross-border moves
- Review and approve leases in and outside the U.S.
- Facilitate payments for expense reimbursement and overseas transactions
- Manage designated supplier relationships, internal and external customers
- Meet and exceed service metrics and referral capture rates
- Able to maintain regular, predictable attendance
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support Director of Global Services with special projects
- Assist other teams as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years experience in the relocation industry; International experience strongly desired.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of relocation management software. Service Engine experience desired
Certificates & Licenses: CRP, GMS, Real Estate License desired
Other: Complete understanding of the relocation process (International and domestic). Some after-hours communication may be required.
