ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary business liaison between corporate clients and TRC Global Solutions (TRC) for policy development, implementation, coordination of administrative processes between TRC and clients, cost and efficiency analyses, internal/external education and interpersonal or task-based resolutions. Act as a catalyst to increase market share and overall revenue opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies designed to meet/exceed expected revenue and profit objectives for departure and destination relocation services
  • Utilize full understanding of relocation related concepts and industries practices (including total outsourcing) to gather information and analyze the corporations’ needs, being mindful of the culture, business/budget initiative and administrative tasks.
  • Build existing client relationships and maintain all assigned accounts through ongoing contact, consultative interactions (including client performance reviews) and problem solving.
  • Analyze and respond to team service issues and make recommendations for improvement for complex issues.
  • Create opportunities for cross selling additional products and services through strong sales and influencing skills. Participate in team selling approach to new business development.
  • Run reports, analyze data and present findings in a clear, written format.
  • Act as an industry resource for Operations and other TRC departments.
  • Ensure that established operational policies and procedures are adhered to and exceptions are properly approved.
  • Maintain measurable client satisfaction.
  • Conduct web orientation training sessions with new staff and clients.
  • Able to maintain regular, predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent experience
Experience : Three to seven years related experience in account management. Prior global relocation experience desired.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software
Certificates & Licenses: CRP, GMS or Real Estate License strongly desired
Other Requirements :  Demonstrated conflict resolution/negotiation skills.  Understanding of real estate practice, contracts and fee structures.
