TRC Introduces Doing All the Right Things Employee Recognition Program
DART program encourages and rewards outstanding performance
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (September 2, 2009)
TRC Global Solutions (TRC), a leading relocation management company, has rolled out its newest employee recognition program, Doing All the Right Things (DART).
According to Merry Lee Lison, SPHR, GPHR, Director of Human Resources, “TRC’s Doing All the Right Things program is designed to recognize and reward exemplary employees whose actions, efforts, determination and teamwork promote our client and customer service objectives and inspire other employees to reach for greatness.”
Employees are nominated by co-workers or managers, who describe the nominee’s contributions and “above and beyond” performance. Each month, the DART Awards committee, a diverse group of TRC managers, reviews all nominations and selects a winner, who receives a cash award and company-wide recognition. In addition, each January, the committee selects the DART Employee of the Year for the prior calendar year, who receives a more substantial cash award.
The program name is derived from a TRC value that dates back to the company’s founding in 1987, “Doing All the Right Things for All the Right Reasons.”
